You ask yourself, how the main character ends up in a hospital and why he is thinking that he has no business there being healthy. Then the story starts at what I suppose is the beginning, and you're sucked into the life of the main character. The writing style is clear, limited to the bare essentials without poetic decorum, and gives you the feeling that you are reliving the life of the main character, with all the emotions, thoughts, and philosophical reflections he has. The topics are heavy, as life can be sometimes; love, death, loss, and grief. But you're never dragged down; it is still somehow gentle, light weighed.
